I had a really bad time with my order. I got the 40W blue diode laser in the 60 x 60" size. I asked in the chat if it could handle cutting clear acrylic, and they assured me it could. When the laser finally arrived, I was shocked to find out that you can't cut clear materials with a blue diode. I guess I shouldn't have believed the chat rep. I tried reaching out again, but my chat got wiped for some reason, and they wanted me to prove what they said. Then they suggested I buy the "CNC Router Attachment." I thought, why not? I already had the laser, so I dropped $600 on it. When it came, it looked nothing like what was shown on their site. It appeared to be just an attachment with a big RC brushless motor. After a couple of weeks of struggling to cut acrylic without losing steps, the spindle's shaft ended up BENT! I threw in the towel and ended up purchasing a real US-made CNC machine for $3k, which has been working flawlessly for months. Unfortunately, I'm still stuck paying for this junk that's just sitting in storage. Lesson learned! I won't be fooled by a product like this again. Seriously, if you're after cutting acrylic, just RUN! The laser might work, but I never got to test it, and I lost money due to their bad advice.

Honestly, if I could rate this a zero, I totally would. The customer service is just terrible. I've reached out to them about returning and getting my money back, but they keep giving me the runaround. They expect me to chat with their engineer to put this product together, but it arrives completely unassembled. There are no instructions provided, just some online video that’s useless. They also suggested I reach out via WhatsApp, but I told them I want a real phone number and a proper refund process to send this junk back. Now, they’ve stopped responding to my emails. I really don’t know what to do at this point. Seriously, steer clear of this company; they’re the worst.

This machine is fantastic! I really wish I had started with this laser engraver because it was super simple to set up and I got my first image etched onto a little piece of wood in no time. Down the line, I might think about getting one of those bigger, more advanced laser machines that are way pricier, but for a solid entry into laser engraving, this one is just awesome.

The videos they provide for instructions are pretty confusing and miss some steps needed to put the product together. I ended up having to sort it out myself. Reaching out for help via email, website chat, or their WhatsApp number was a total bust. This has been dragging on for more than a week now. I definitely wouldn't suggest them to anyone.
